Paul Wagenaar has always had a passion for good looking superbikes especially Race looking bikes. He initially started taking standard and accident damaged bikes and turned them into race theme bike, he has been doing that for seventeen years now. In 2001 Paul built a Suzuki TLR 1000 and GSXR 1000 to look like the Carl Fogarty Petronas Superbikes, creating a huge interest in the market place for Race Themed bikes.


He continued to build various bikes and put a lot of attention to detail, having an existing signage and advertising company made the race looks possible and easier. In 2008 Paul noticed market for affordable race themed bikes, took advantage of it and Race Designs was created.


From there Paul and Race Designs have gone from strength to strength and now have new premises where the motorcycles are built. Specialising in Spec Build superbikes and now also an insurance approved repair centre as well as sellers of project bikes and pre-owned superbikes.
